We started Preview Coffee Co. out of a Boston basement with one Behmor and a stubborn belief that great coffee should taste like it came from somewhere, not just somewhere clean.

Every batch is roasted by hand the week you order. The beans rest, then ship. We do not buy parchment, we do not stock a year of unblended green, and we do not pretend our 12oz bag is a kilo.
