**Our Estimate & Approval Policy**\n\nAt AlphaZeroVision Auto, no repair work begins without your written approval. This is our firm commitment to every customer.\n\n**The Estimate Process**\n\n1. Your vehicle is inspected thoroughly by a qualified technician.\n2. We document findings with notes and, where applicable, photos.\n3. You receive a clear, itemized written estimate before any work starts.\n4. We answer your questions and explain options without pressure.\n5. You sign off \u2014 then and only then do we begin.\n\n**What an Estimate Includes**\n\nEach estimate includes: the specific repair or service identified, parts needed and their source, labor time and rate, and total cost. If multiple repair options exist (for example, a patch vs. a full replacement), we'll outline both.\n\n**Diagnostic Fees**\n\nOur diagnostic inspection fee is $75. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward your final invoice. If you choose not to proceed, the fee covers the time and expertise invested in identifying your vehicle's issue.\n\n**Changes During Repair**\n\nOccasionally, additional issues are discovered once a repair is underway (for example, a corroded bolt that must be replaced). In all such cases, we will contact you, explain the finding, and obtain your approval before continuing. We will never add charges to your invoice without your consent.\n\n**Warranty**\n\nAll labor performed at AlphaZeroVision Auto is covered by our service warranty.
