Our Fabrics & The Science of EMF Shielding

THE MATERIAL THAT MAKES IT POSSIBLE

AlphaZeroVision garments are built on a single engineering principle: shielding works best when it's woven into the fabric itself — not sprayed on, not coated, not laminated.

We use a precisely calibrated silver-fiber conductive grid, interwoven at the yarn level using a proprietary blending process. Silver is one of the most electrically conductive natural elements in existence, and when formed into continuous conductive mesh within a textile, it creates a Faraday-cage-like attenuation effect for electromagnetic radiation.

HOW SHIELDING EFFECTIVENESS IS MEASURED

Shielding effectiveness (SE) is measured in decibels (dB). Each 10 dB increment represents a tenfold reduction in signal power. Here is what our ranges mean in practical terms:

20 dB — 99% signal reduction 25 dB — 99.7% signal reduction 30 dB — 99.9% signal reduction 35 dB — 99.97% signal reduction

Our garments deliver 20–35+ dB across the tested frequency range of 10 MHz to 10 GHz — covering the major EMF sources in daily life including 4G/5G cellular, Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz), Bluetooth, and smart meters.

CERTIFIED & INDEPENDENTLY TESTED

We do not rely on in-house testing. Every fabric batch is sent to accredited third-party laboratories for full-frequency sweep testing before production runs begin. Results are documented and available on request.

All AlphaZeroVision garments carry OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification — an internationally recognized standard verifying that every component of the fabric, including threads, buttons, and dyes, has been tested for harmful substances and meets human-ecological safety requirements.

WASH DURABILITY

WHAT EMF SHIELDING CLOTHING IS NOT

We believe in honest, science-based communication. Our garments are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They reduce ambient electromagnetic field exposure at the fabric-body interface — they do not create a full-body Faraday cage.
