We ship all orders from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days — Free on orders over $75 Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days — $12.95 Express Overnight — Next business day — $24.95

All orders receive a tracking number by email once shipped. International shipping is available to select countries; rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every garment we make. If you're not satisfied for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

— Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging — Tags must be attached — Final sale and bundle items are eligible for exchange only (not refund)

How to Start a Return

Email support@alphazerovision.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
