How do I check my order status?

You can check an order in two ways:

1. Sign in to your account and open the Orders tab. Every order you have placed is listed there with its current status, items, and tracking link once shipped.

2. If you checked out as a guest, the shipment confirmation email we sent you contains a tracking link that goes straight to the carrier.

If a status has not changed in more than 48 hours after the carrier scanned it, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
