What is your return window?
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
To start a return, open the Returns tab in your account, pick the items, and we will email you a prepaid label. The refund posts within 3-5 business days of the carrier scanning the return.
Items marked Final sale, opened consumables, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
