Usage & Licensing

All work commissioned through AlphaZeroVision is delivered with a perpetual commercial license for the specific use case defined at booking. The following terms apply to all productions.

WHAT YOUR LICENSE COVERS

Your delivered license covers commercial use of the final master file(s) across the scope agreed at project intake — including broadcast, digital advertising, social media campaigns, brand presentations, website placement, and public performance as specified. The license is perpetual with no expiration.

WHAT REQUIRES A SEPARATE LICENSE

Use cases outside the original scope — including sub-licensing to third parties, redistribution of raw generation assets, or use in a different brand context than agreed — require a separate commercial license. Contact us to discuss extended or multi-brand licensing.

STEMS AND RAW ASSETS

Stems (for music productions) and raw generation assets (for video) are not included in the standard master delivery. Stems are available as an add-on at booking or via the Stems Pack purchase in the shop. Raw AI generation assets are not transferable.

ATTRIBUTION

Attribution is not required for commercial use. If you choose to credit the production, the preferred credit is: "Produced by AlphaZeroVision."

PRODUCTION RECORD

Every project is accompanied by a signed licensing PDF and a production record noting the project scope, agreed use case, and delivery date. Retain this documentation for your compliance files.
